About
As an experienced litigation solicitor and a mother to children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), I am passionate and determined in my fight to secure the additional support SEND children require in order to access an education.

Every child deserves and is entitled to an education that is tailored to them and I will work tirelessly to achieve the best outcome for every child I represent.

I specialise exclusively in supporting and representing families of children with SEND.

From advising parents on the additional support their child should be receiving in a mainstream school to litigating in the first tier tribunal against a local authority decision not to award an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) to a child, the advice and support I offer is extensive and my fee structure transparent.

Fees
By moving away from a traditional law firm to working for myself as a freelance solicitor, I am able to offer the same quality advice and representation to my clients, at a reduced cost.

I do not charge on an hourly basis, my fees are fixed and agreed from the outset, meaning you can contact me at any time without fear of being charged extra for my time.
